1- Make a note of any dent, scratch or hole on the transport delivery note.
2- Within a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery, send a note of the incident with a photograph attached to [email protected]
I have received an item that I did not order
Don’t worry!
Please send a note of the incident within 24 hours of delivery to: [email protected]
I ordered the wrong item
Within 24 hours from the delivery, please send a note about the incident to: [email protected]
We will deal with the product replacement, transport expenses (collection and new delivery, including any incident that may occur with it) at the client’s expense.
I don’t need it anymore
During the 7 calendar days following delivery, the return can be managed. Send a note to: [email protected]
Transport costs are to be borne by the customer, including any incidents that may occur during transport. Logistics will check that the product arrives in perfect condition and unopened. Subsequently, the reimbursement will be managed.
