Formulated as an early-age hand feeding formula, suitable for hand-rearing frugivorous psittacine birds during the second phase of the early-age neonatal period (from the 7th-8th day of life until the moment pin feathers emerge). It contains a high proportion of dehydrated whole egg and papaya which favour digestive transit.
It is advisable to prepare the formula with lukewarm water at a concentration of approximately 25 % solids. It is recommended to administer the formula with a soft feeding tube.
In younger animals, it is essential to use the Frugivorous Psittacine Crop Milk.
From the moment the pin feathers emerge, it is necessary to switch to a follow-on hand-feeding formula appropriate for the species to be hand-reared.
